I really should just keep my mouth shut on ones like this.

Clearing out profiles from the “who’s viewed me” page, I see this guy. He seems nice enough (though totally not my type), so I shoot him a note kindly (I think?) suggesting that he sounds like a great guy, but that he might have better luck if he rewrites his profiles so that it’s not in all caps.

Nope. Just an observer of ‘net culture. The all-caps thing also tells me that you haven’t been on the internet for very long.

Hey, take my suggestion or don’t. No skin off my nose either way. I just think you’ll have better results if you do.

Like I said, I really shouldn’t bother. He also breaks another rule of mine with his header, “TALL DARK AND HANDSOME.” Yup, your profile says you’re 6′3″ — no need to repeat that. Yup, your hair is brown. Thanks for stating the obvious. Handsome? Shouldn’t you let women be the judge of that?

One of the best ones I’ve seen was from a guy a friend used to date: “Tall, dork, and handsome.” Now THAT is funny.
